As the Senior Manager II you will support and enable the environmental compliance program for eCommerce and eCommerce initiatives.

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Driving and supporting the strategy, design and implementation of the Environmental item compliance program, including policies, standards, controls, training, awareness and monitoring

  • Driving and coordinating the execution of multiple business plans and projects across assortment channels, partnering closely with the various eCommerce business teams, such as strategy, operations, product and technology, supply chain, item catalog content and marketing

  • Implementing information processes related to global trends, standards, and national, state and local statutes and regulations

  • Implementing methods designed to assess global and national corporate risk and liability posed

  • Supporting the Environmental Compliance strategic vision for risk mitigation programs, data systems, and services

  • Promoting and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

  • Participating in the assessment of compliance risk and the development of risk mitigation plans across for eCommerce entities including the identification of current and emerging risks associated with Environmental compliance

  • You are strategic, influential, and progressive with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex, rapidly evolving environment

  • You have experience designing programs to drive enhanced execution and compliance 

  • You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency

  • You have strong communication skills and ability to communicate data to technical and non-technical audiences (including senior leadership and stakeholders)

  • You have prioritizing, coordinating implementation, and communicating cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders

  • You are customer service driven, flexible and adapt well to change

  • You are detail-oriented, critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills

  • You are familiar with programs and regulations applicable to Walmart’s activities, including, but not limited to, corporate compliance programs

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager or Professional (CHMM or CHMP)
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent
  • Juris Doctorate

Minimum Qualifications...
