What you'll do...

Want to use your expertise from the Credit Card and Alternative Finance and Lending industries to help shape the future of consumer financial services at one of the largest non-bank consumer financial service businesses in the World? As the Senior Manager II, you will be responsible for Walmart’s credit growth and acquisition initiatives and will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Architecting unique credit card product and business growth strategies, that focus on differentiated offerings to uniquely serve the needs of Walmart customers through applying human-centered design principles.
  • Partnering with marketing and field leadership teams to optimize retail sales growth and credit/lending penetration via acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Building strategic relationships with new and existing vendors, understanding and evaluating their products and capabilities and negotiating advantageous rates.
  • Deliver customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and set & achieve annual operating performance objectives.
  • Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

Minimum Requirements:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field and 4 years’ experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications / Other:  

  • Product management or credit/risk experience in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services
  • MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.
