Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance Manager in our Global Sales Finance Organization, who will be responsible for preparing financial and operational related planning, target setting, analysis, quota setting, and quota management in a fast paced and dynamic finance organization supporting the Director of Finance as well as the VP of Global Sales Finance. This role will require a high degree of direct interaction with senior level Sales Leaders and Director level associates supporting multiple business units and functions. The primary responsibilities of this position consist of preparation and review of financial and business-related analyses as well as research in the areas of finance, sales, and other related functions. Furthermore, this position will be an essential resource in deriving value and insights from these analyses in support of accelerating sustainable and profitable revenue growth for Fiserv as well as driving process and reporting improvements.

In this position, you will:

• Work closely with Finance and business leaders in managing the development, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of business unit Sales and Revenue plans

• Lead and manage the Sales Planning cycles and quota setting process to ensure timely execution

• Manage yearly individual quota assignments process and ongoing updates and maintenance as sales teams change

• Coordinate planning activities with other functions, including Business Unit Finance, Corporate Finance, Sales Finance, and Sales Leadership

• Create C-level presentations to communicate Sales Planning activities

• Perform cross-Division Sales Revenue analytics to ensure consistency and provide leadership with insights behind consolidated data

• Prepare ad hoc analyses appropriate for all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: .

• 7 years of professional experience in finance and/or sales operations

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar discipline.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (SAP BPC) experience preferred

• Salesforce.com experience preferred

• Sales planning and/or quota management experience preferred

• Ability to analyze large amounts of data, clearly inform management of significant findings, and make business recommendations based on sound professional judgement

• Experience leading projects across matrixed organizations
