Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote

About This Role:

Comscore is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter skilled in recruiting highly specialized technical talent. We are looking for an expert in technical recruiting with a background in a fast-paced and full-cycle recruiting environment.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for leading Comscore’s North and South Americas recruitment team as well as individually leading full life cycle

recruiting efforts for Technical/IT positions within multiple business units. Utilizing your strong people management skills, you will direct the efforts of the recruitment team to accomplish the company’s hiring objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team while also managing their own requisition load individually. A strong understanding of IT and Software engineering, new technologies in Big Data, data analysis and data science is important. A passion for the internet and the digital world is also a valuable attribute with exposure to the online media/ digital advertising industry

being a big plus.

You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and the company’s senior international management to develop recruiting plans to identify, screen, offer, and negotiate with both active and passive job seekers. Additionally, you will partner with the Global Director Recruitment and other key members of the Human Resources team to design and implement new recruiting strategies, as well as track and analyze key recruiting metrics and trends.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit technical candidates for our technical roles

  • Responsible for hiring Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects and other Big Data professionals

  • Strategically advise hiring managers on best practices and develop creative solutions for identifying and hiring technical talent

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • 1-3 years of experience managing recruitment staff.

  • Conduct technical screenings to ensure candidates meet qualifications before sending them to hiring managers

  • Utilize a wide variety of recruiting sources such as job boards, professional networking sites and social media

  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a strong pipeline of qualified resources

  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical ecosystem



  • 6+ years of experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle technical recruiting environment

  • A combination of staffing industry, executive search, and/or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment where priorities can quickly change

  • Ability to collaborate with peers in a team-oriented structure

  • Must have great writing and communication skills

  • In-depth experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required (Workday) and LinkedIn (Recruiter)

  • Ability to proactive share recruiting strategies.
