Coordinate with Maintenance to maximize machine uptime. Resolve scrap issues. Monitor the production schedule and report any discrepancies to the Scheduling Department. Handle employee discipline in coordination with HR. Lift requirement of up to 50 lbs. Requirements of the shear room supervisor: Previous experience as a shear room supervisor.
