Company Overview:Saint Paul Commodities based in Minneapolis, MN, is a fats and oils trader focused on the biofuel, renewable energy and feed industries. We own and operate three facilities in Kansas, Missouri, and Tennessee as well as utilize over 45 third party assets for aggregating and distributing products with a fleet of over 900 railcars.Job Overview:Saint Paul Commodities Inc is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Administrator. This position will play an integral role in all aspects of the daily shipping and receiving processes at all remote plants and transload facilities of our company. The Shipping & Receiving Administrator will perform administrative tasks such as data entry, finalizing purchase pricing, scanning, and uploading document support, along with reviewing and correcting inventory and receiving or shipping errors. This role will be the liaison between the remote facilities and the Saint Paul Commodities office for all things related to shipping and receiving of inventory. In addition, the role will have high involvement with both accounting and operations to work through day-to-day processing. This position is based in Edina, MN.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks. Manage all shipping and receiving paperwork from 25+ locations. Work with remote facilities on missing paperwork, receiving discrepancies, and inventory errors. Validate inbound purchase log to receiving paperwork, calculate and enter final purchase pricing, and notifyOperations of any quality issues noted. Validate outbound shipping log to shipping paperwork, calculate final sales pricing, and move inventory insystem for consumption. Manage inventory receiving by location specific deposit and withdrawal for both stationary tanks and mobilerailcar inventory. Review shipping and receiving log daily for shipments that did not arrive or ship as planned, trace shipments,and communicate effectively with operations team. Other projects as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes, work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong time management skills Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, and friendly demeanor required Basic inventory management and general ERP system knowledge required Office experience as an administrative assistant, shipping or receiving clerk, logisticscoordinator, merchandise assistant or relevant role in a trading environment preferred.
