The System Reliability Engineer (SRE) improves and protects the software and systems behind all of T-Mobile’s IT services, including management of scalability, availability, latency, performance, security, and capacity, and delivering of software faster, better, and cheaper. From designing & maintaining CICD Pipelines to building the next generation of T-Mobile applications on cloud native platforms, the SRE’s enable great customer experience and product innovation by continuous improvement of operational support.
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and creative leader with a history of strategic and tactical execution. This person will work with a team of talented engineers and testers to create and maintain a fully automated end-to-end deployment and testing infrastructure to ensure consistency and quality in software design and deployment. This person will have responsibility for projects focused on billing platform and modernization to minimize the points of failure within the infrastructure, maximize the ability of the team to monitor platform performance and drive the best customer experience possible. This leader will have a heavy focus on non-production environments while reducing the overall time to market for deployments within their scope. To be successful this role requires strong problem solving, innovative thinking, project planning and proven team player abilities in an extremely fast paced and rewarding environment
