This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/***** Job Details: r n\ r n\ Partner with Supply Chain and the Prepared Foods Business Units to lead capital planning, guide capital allocation to optimize returns, support project justification, and forecast cash requirements as well as P&L impacts.\ r n\ r nKey Accountabilities: r n\ r n
- Lead finance support for capital and project expense; including analysis, forecasting, spend tracking, and approval management in PRS (Project Request System).
- Analyze short- and long-term capital needs and develop annual and strategic plans that will optimize overall returns while balancing both necessity and profit improvement projects.
- Coordinate and partner with BU and operations teams to develop Capital Investment Request (CIR) project justification.
- Partner with engineering to prepare month-end/quarter-end results, develop forecasts, complete variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and report on relevant KPI\'s to highlight capital allocation and returns.
- Coordinate post audit reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Build collaborative working relationships with Engineers, Plant Stakeholders, and BU/SC/Corp Finance partners to support key initiatives and provide prioritization guidance.

- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
- 7+ years related experience in Finance; previous CPG experience a plus
- Demonstrated agility and willingness to take on new challenge
- Strong organization skills to manage & prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Adept at Office systems including Excel; SAP knowledge is also beneficial
