Summary:

• Responsible for managing complex and high risks projects.
• Oversees project budgets and schedules.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of project scope.
• Minimizes project risk.
• Creates and manages project work plans and work breakdown structures.

Description:

• This role will work very closely with the Program Manager to ensure we are aligning with governance gates, getting deliverables created and approved, and reporting status.
• Managing the change log and RAID log in conjunction with a project coordinator.
• Creating and presenting status reports, following up with our vendors to obtain status and understand blockers that may require escalation. Initial deliverables will be to create a project initiation document for each project and obtain approvals. These documents have been started.
• The Project Manager will along with the Program Manager manage to the program roadmap and ensure vendor alignment with key milestones
