GENERAL FUNCTION:
Assist with developing inspection plans, document inspection/acceptance criteria for prototypes, samples, test articles, and production items, and utilize them to conduct product inspections.
Assist with planning and conducting operational assessments for uniform items.
Provide support for, but not be limited to, the following activities: field test; fit assessments; wear test; operational utility evaluation, product qualification test.
Support the development of complete pattern sets and design drawings to be incorporated as a component of TDPs.
Assist in the development of technical specifications, which provide engineering and technical information.
Qualifications:
Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 10 years of direct related experience to this discipline OR, BA/BS degree, and 12 years of direct experience related to this discipline OR, 15 years of directly related experience
Must possess a Favorable National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard (Customer specified) applications.)
Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
