Acxiom is seeking a seasoned, enthusiastic leader with experience in driving Engineering for cloud-based, full-stack Martech businesses. The candidate will report directly to the GM, Head of Cloud, and will carry responsibility for creating an innovative, differentiated, market-leading suite of cloud capabilities.

*This role can be home-based almost anywhere in the U.S.
What You Will Do:
Build Acxiom’s new cloud-based Martech product suite that will serve existing clients and new clients/customers
Optimize and tailor full-stack product offerings for deployment into complex enterprise solutions in cloud, hybrid-cloud, and multi-cloud environments
Engage with partners and market facing teams to identify and quantify opportunities for technological efficiencies and enhancements
Build and develop a team of architects, developers, testers, etc. that scales with rapid growth
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams throughout product design and development
Create and execute engineering strategies that act as an innovation engine for Acxiom
Support a growing product portfolio that includes both new-to-market products and upgrades to legacy capabilities
Optimize team for maximum effectiveness and efficiency that drives best-in-class and highly profitable products
Partner with IT and other Engineering functions across Acxiom to optimize its enterprise cloud technology strategy
Drive operational rigor, apply best practices and processes through rapid organizational growth
Engage directly in the market/ecosystem through published writing, event speaking, and event attendance
What You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
15+ years of experience in Engineering leadership; including at least 5 years supporting cloud-based products, solutions, and capabilities.
Strong experience in composable architecture and strategy in the cloud ecosystem
Ability to build trust and rapport with product teams, executive and business leadership, clients/customers, and end users.
Ability to continually to improve client/customer satisfaction and deepen stakeholder relationships
Strong level of strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution plans with a bias towards action
Experience with Engineering P&L management
Experience effectively leading teams
Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit
