The Site Services team are the technical experts responsible for the support-maintenance of end-to-end technical solutions to meet agreed business, process, and architecture requirements for plants, corporate and sales offices. Our goal is to partner with all lines of business and project teams to provide high quality service.
In this role, you will:
Deliver successful implementation and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, EUC, server and network systems
Partner with the service provider to ensure service levels are met for delivered IT services
Perform regional audits to ensure infrastructure standards are enforced, Clorox policy adherence and mitigation of identified security risks
Serve as an escalation point for incidents impacting business operations
Anticipate up to 50% travel supporting remote locations
Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material
Build and maintain cross-function relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives
What we look for:
3-5 years’ experience supporting end to end solutions
Self-Starter with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate problems
Effectively manage concurrent technical tasks with competing priorities
Understand basic networking concepts such as IP addresses, ports, and protocols
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Windows and Office suite (including power bi) experience desired
