As the Talent Management Operations Specialist you will ensure the seamless delivery of our annual talent management processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the design of these meet the business need, that the timing, tools and methodology are well understood by all stakeholders and that the necessary tools and communication materials are developed to ensure process excellence.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Work with subject matter experts to create and deploy tools, training, resources, and best practices to assess capabilities of talent and drive development actions that address gaps to build strong, diverse build pipeline
Work with subject matter experts to create and manage reporting, analytics, and dashboards specific to talent; creates, maintains, interprets, and delivers analytics in a concise and integrated manner
Maintains strong partnership with HR Stakeholders to develop solutions that embed and strengthen talent management processes to enable a talent focused culture that promotes development and career growth
Builder of internal organizational talent planning capability; accountable for developing tools, job aids, resources, hosting workshops, etc. that build internal capability in supporting and executing global talent planning
Accountable for the delivery of the annual talent management cycle delivering programs/initiatives that support, build, and enrich Church and Dwight talent
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, from an accredited institution in business, HR, communications or related field is required.
3+ years experience in driving organization change, communications and/or employee engagement activities required. Prior experience in graphic design and/or marketing a strong plus.
Ability to translate key stakeholder needs into effective programs (including working closely with senior executive clients)
Excellent interpersonal skills, consulting skills and the proven ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects
