Technical Performance Reviewer
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To assess colleague technical activities with a focus on the qualitative aspects of the claim file to improve performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers audits using the COMPASS program.
Presents audit findings to management.
Recommends and coordinates training and improvement activities needed to meet established operational and technical audit requirements.
Provides technical training to colleagues as needed to address global performance deficiencies identified through performance review audits.
Conducts cost-efficient hands-on training via WebEx to colleagues as needed.
Recommends operational process, workflow or system changes which would assist colleagues to raise performance.
Recommends operational reports out of JURIS or Data Warehouse to assist with service expectation or regulatory compliance.
Participates in national quality review meetings.
Maintains technical claims and jurisdictional expertise.
Acts as an ambassador for Sedgwick's service expectations; conveys and promotes them to colleague as needed.
Participates in existing client meetings and prospective client sales presentations as needed to raise awareness of the Performance 360 program.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification (i.e. AIC, CPCU or ARM) preferred.
Experience
Eight (8) years claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures
Strong understanding of quality and auditing process
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Leadership/management/motivational skills
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT
