Job Details

The Technical Producer, Senior Consultant works within the Marketing Cloud Services team as a developer. They code email templates and design systems, as well as landing pages. They leverage AMPscript and Guide Template Language (GTL) to automate processes and develop scalable solutions. They serve as technical experts during discovery and blueprinting exercises and utilize additional Marketing Cloud tools to reduce risk and improve efficiency. Working with other resources, they develop proofs of concepts for Content Builder and CloudPages and lead in developing creative solutions.

Your Impact:

  • Code responsive emails, templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, AMPScript and GTL (or similar templating language - i.e. {{mustache}} or handlebars.js)

  • Use database and automation tools to ensure email content is dynamic and accurate

  • Create and execute testing plans for content and rendering of multi-version emails

  • Assure client emails render correctly across a variety of email clients and devices

  • Align with assigned Quality Assurance resource to assure the highest level of quality

  • Educate, train and support clients in coding and configuring complex Marketing Cloud email projects

  • Focus on translating customer objectives and data streams into recommendations and practical solutions

  • Design solutions that demonstrate dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated methods

  • Document customer specific processes and work instructions related to the build process

  • Build trust and credibility, as well as communicate effectively in meetings with clients

  • Adapt to change in process and find ways to lead while maintaining team cohesiveness

  • Diligently track and report daily progress and client activity

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of dynamic/responsive email development experience

  • 3+ years experience in testing and troubleshooting email rendering issues

  • 3+ years in client facing roles at an agency or similar environment

  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio

  • Highly skilled in written/verbal communication, client facing consulting, analytical and problem solving, and attention to detail

  • Ability to track, manage and complete multiple assignments in a deadline driven environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1+ years front-end development experience, especially with JS

  • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, Postman

  • Experience with Interaction Studio

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
