For this opportunity, candidates can be located anywhere in the USA. If located outside of a commutable location to the physical office in Atlanta, the role would be telecommute. If located in a commutable location to the physical office in Atlanta, you will most likely work in a hybrid format with some days required on-site and some days at home.
About Role
Elavon is looking for the next sales super star to join our sales team! As an Elavon Account Executive, you will become a payments advocate for businesses across the USA. You will help business owners to choose the best option from our suite of payments solutions. You will represent Elavon as you respond to inbound digital and phone inquiries generated by our internal marketing, national referral partners, and partner relationship teams. The role offers extensive coaching, support and growth and development opportunities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented people are most successful in this role.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales environment
Job Functions
Respond quickly to inbound sales calls and web leads
Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to manage your sales opportunity pipeline and interactions with prospects
Use effective discovery methods to understand our customer’s business and recommend the right solution for their business
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elavon products and services and marketing activities, and knowledge of competitors’ offerings
Diligent follow up with customers in your lead pipeline to identify opportunities to help them solve their payments and business challenges
Regular reporting, coaching and pipeline reviews with managers
Collaborate with other teams, including billing, customer care, operations and others to ensure a positive experience for Elavon customers
What You’ll Bring
Experience in the payments industry or selling SaaS products considered an asset
Proven track record in exceeding quota within a consultative sales role, preferably in payments, software (SaaS), or technology
High energy, confident and comfortable engaging with customers through digital tools and over the phone
Coachability – you seek feedback that will improve your performance
Ability to react quickly to change, adapt to new processes, and learn about new product offerings
Understanding of effective methodologies for business-to-business sales
Polished, professional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
Experience managing a sales pipeline
Strong desire to contribute to the growth of an innovative company
Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM, and Microsoft suite of office products
Proven track-record of successful negotiating and closing sales in a fast-paced environment
In addition, this role also qualifies for a monthly sales incentive plan.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.20 - $23.32
