The socio- emotional Counselor shall provide direct services to students in crisis.Counselor will assist students transitioning into a new school due to expulsion.They will focus on needs of students in the homeless community. The counselor willwork with multi- disciplinary teams to identify students needing assistance withmental health concerns, academic challenges and truancy issues. The counselor isresponsible for providing leadership to small groups on campus. Additionally thecounselor will assist with facilitating parent meetings.
