Zoom is now actively seeking a Global Emerging Talent (GET) Contract Coordinator. The GET Coordinator will contribute to meeting our fast-growing talent acquisition needs and will be a part of the Zoom People Experience team, working closely with our immersive Global Emerging Talent (GET) program aimed at recruiting college students and recent graduates to learn and develop their skills at our fast-growing company. Previous experience in talent acquisition and university recruitment is a must.
Manage the full spectrum of recruiting workflows in coordination with the GET team: manage and move offer approval process along, coordinating feedback pre-offer, and updating information in applicant tracking system and GET master trackers.
Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process with an intense focus on candidate experience. Building confidence with candidates to better understand our interview flow and process.
Recommend ideas to fine tuning standard processes that fit within Zoom’s mission to deliver the highest quality of service within GET.
Assist in analyzing data and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, more efficient and to influence decisions.
Coordinate with candidates for the submission and completion of employment requirements, partner with HR and IT on-boarding the hired candidates.
Guiding the candidate in general through the interview process in partnership with their recruiter.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Build & maintain the Global Emerging Talent Coordination process & flow, including trackers for interviews by recruiter and team SLAs.
Ensure stakeholders are adhering to GET processes and assist Recruiters & Hiring Managers to follow our structured interview process for Interns & New Grads.
Campus & Events: Campus recruiting event interview management, including collecting interviewers, volunteers, etc. (may include coordination of “batch” interview day set up.
At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
Proven coordination skills and is a credible advocate for candidates and our process.
You are candidate focused and committed to continuous improvement; you have the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, and assist in the development of creative approaches to delivering exceptional experiences to all GET candidates.
Understanding and experience with university recruitment is highly preferred.
Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
Analytical and detail oriented.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing and good time management skills.
Comfortable with aspects of G-Suite such as Google Forms, Google Calendar and Zoom.
