If a challenge excites you, keep reading. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a robust metrics framework for the Information Security Awareness, Communication and Training (ACT) program which tracks progress, measures impact, and ensures the program is continuously improving and can demonstrate a return on investment.
The ACT team is looking for a driven, creative, self-starter to help influence the way people technically operate using data to positively change human behavior, reduce the security landscape, and instill a security mindset. This challenging position will include a broad set of activities, including, but not limited to end-to-end maturity, support, and maintenance of the metrics framework and data, dashboards, and recommendations for areas of focus to drive positive behavioral change and improve awareness and engagement across the organization.
