We are looking for a Senior Manager II, Enterprise Initiatives to join Walmart Connect’s (WMC) Omni Transformation team to help us integrate into the broader Walmart enterprise by leading unique, complex, and transformational initiatives. The WMC Omni Transformation team is critical to developing the future of WMC and its important role within Walmart.
This role will require a multi-dimensional associate that can work across multiple teams in the Walmart ecosystem and has demonstrated success in navigating complex, multi-layered organizations to create positive, quantifiable business outcomes. This role is responsible for working across the organization to develop strategic frameworks and cross-functional operating plans to ensure the Walmart leadership team has the right analysis to enable strategic decision. The project-based work will focus on new Walmart business activities that might benefit from the integration of advertising. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders across the business to figure out how and whether Walmart Connect’s capabilities can leveraged to further these enterprise initiatives.
The opportunities will be varied and often complex, given their early-stage development. Your consulting-like role will involve synthesizing strategic customer and competitor insights, technology assessments, and internal business cases to ensure WMC leadership has the right strategic conversation with other parts of Walmart. You will help us move WMC’s thinking from “What is it?” to “Should we?” to “How would we do it?” before handing off projects to operating team to execute.
Take Project Management to the next level: Perform internal research and analyses to drive business-case development and capabilities assessments for emerging enterprise initiatives
Work collaboratively with business unit partners and corporate teams to drive concepting, business and execution planning
Be the key, accountable person driving the integration of WMC into specific initiatives
Communicate widely – from executives to operating teams -- the state of development for enterprise initiatives and decision-making as they develop over time

10 years of experience in consulting, retail or advertising
MBA preferred, but not required

Large multi-national corporations
