Position Summary...

What you'll do...

ELOQUII is a vertically integrated e-commerce destination for contemporary, fast fashion sizes 14-28. We bring the trends and designs from the runways and pop culture to our customers, working on a compressed design cycle and dropping 100+ styles each month.

We are looking for a passionate engineering leader to join the ELOQUII Team. This individual will help chart, plan, scope, and execute the implementation and management of technology solutions that offer greater agility and ability to serve customers. This person should be a self-starter who always looks at how technology can improve employees' and customers' lives. The ideal candidate will also have a human-centric approach to problem-solving and be an excellent communicator and project manager.


  • Serve as the most senior engineer responsible for leading critical, strategic technology initiatives that are growth engines for ELOQUII, and partner with senior business leaders to define, create, execute and drive the enterprise-wide vision and strategy.
  • Develop technology roadmaps and delivery plans across the technology portfolio, consistent with the company's long-term strategic business plan. 
  • Provide and lead the strategic vision, design, planning, implementation, and overall support related to application technologies adhering to ELOQUII Engineering Principles of:

  • Security & Compliance
  • Performace
  • Code Quality & Best Practices
  • Reliability & Availability


  • Manage resources and project demands, including performing and supporting the coding, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software or other technology solutions supporting ELOQUII.
  • Set and hold standards and best practices from coding, testing, and performance perspectives.
  • Lead and organize projects, establish milestones, and put process and methodology in place for future upgrades or additions to the current technology platform.
  • Create and maintain a culture of professional development, open communication, and prioritizing people.
  • Proactively partner and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and systems and act as a strong advocate for working smarter, not harder using better technology, and communicating regularly with senior management and across the business. 


  • Experience in defining and establishing the vision and strategy for eCommerce initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and senior leadership across an enterprise.
  • Demonstrated an ability to manage engineering resources directly.
  • Education – Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 
  • Experience with Salesforce commerce cloud or similar Ecommerce sass solutions desired
  • A deep understanding of AWS or similar cloud technologies
  • Heavy focus on analytical thinking

Minimum Qualifications...

engineering or related field.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
