What you'll do...

The Governance, Risks, & Compliance (GRC) Technology Portfolio Management team at Walmart works to understand customer priorities and deliver value-added services in areas of GRC portfolio management, customer relationship management, operational efficiencies, and financial management. 

As the Staff Technical Program Manager, you will manage multiple highly complex projects for GRC tech by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion; develop & maintain a project schedule to track milestones and executing plans for managing risks; manage project change control processes; develop and maintain project budget, to include developing capital and resource plans; present project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. 

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Implementing business solutions by building relationships, identifying business needs, determining and executing necessary processes, monitoring progress and results, and adapting to competing demands and new responsibilities.
  • Owning Tech product architecture, relationships with 3rd party vendors, product backlog, secure deployment, understanding customer experience, personas & product metrics
  • Working with/manage JIRA, Tech roadmap, Tech architecture, design tools 
  • Focusing on Innovative solutions; leverage existing product solutions
  • Ability to anticipate technology needs and to understand product space.


You’ll sweep us off our feet:

  • You have minimum 4 years of experience in product management, ownership, delivery, and road mapping 
  • You have an understanding of how engineering and product delivery connects
  • You have an understanding of technical architecture 
  • You are Product Management certified
  • You have a customer-centric mindset
  • You have Scrum/Project Management experience (Agile, Scrum/Kanban) 
  • You have leadership experience
