Position Summary...

What you'll do...


This essential role of the Workplace Experience Associate is to provide a wide array of office support to all Bonobos employees. As a cultural ambassador, it is crucial that the Workplace Experience Associate engage with employees and visitors, so as to create a relaxed and inclusive environment in which people feel comfortable approaching the Workplace Experience Associate for help.

The role requires a focused, driven, hardworking individual that can assist in the management of a fast-paced office while maintaining a calm, positive, proactive and professional attitude.


Front Desk Coverage

  • Greet Employees, Visitors & Candidates
  • Taking jackets/offering beverages to all visitors
  • Distribute packages accordingly
  • Schedule pick-ups as appropriate
  • Office Maintenance
  • Morning Office Prep
  • Tidy lobby & meeting areas, which includes:
  • Pushing in chairs
  • Clearing Whiteboards
  • Throwing away any trash
  • Tucking cords away
  • Replenishing any missing supplies, ie. Dry erase markers
  • Post morning schedule for meeting rooms
  • Empty Dishwasher 

Order Office Supplies

  • Maintain inventory of office-wide supplies and manage ordering accordingly
  • Keep each floor in all essentials (pens, printer paper, notebooks, etc.)
  • Keep kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milks
  • Weekly sorting and distribution of snacks
  • Order business cards as needed
  • Track and code all expenses with Concur expense management tool
  • Office Cleanliness
  • Walk through of office mid-morning & mid-afternoon ensuring that common areas, meeting rooms and kitchen areas are tidy
  • Wipe down white boards in common areas each night

Meeting Room Management

  • Post schedules
  • Keep rooms neat, as stated above
  • Assist in booking/re-booking of rooms/ calendar shuffling
  • On-Call for Employee Assistance throughout the workday
  • Team meeting set-up
  • Facilitate with projector/presentation setup
  • Put out chairs
  • Direct people to move into the space instead of standing around in the corner
  • Identify issues in the office and proactively solve them
  • Service as liaison between Bonobos and third-party facilities partners:
  • Super and building staff at 45 West 25th St.
  • Cleaning company
  • HVAC service
  • Trash removal service
  • Paper shredding service
  • Snack/beverage companies
  • Ad hoc office projects

Employee Experience

  • Planning and executing employee events, both in-person and virtually
  • Parties, happy hours, wellness events, etc
  • Owning the Bonobos Buzz newsletter
  • Collecting each new hire’s Strengths assessment and updating company grid
  • Management of BIN (Bonobos Information Network)
  • Onboard and offboard employee profiles
  • Work with POPs team to keep HR, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion pages current
  • Work with teams throughout the organization to host info as needed
  • Update “This Week @” page each Monday morning

  • Researches and proactively offers solutions to problems as they arise

Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field OR 1 year’s experience in engineering, facilities maintenance, or related area
